We love technology but worry about how easy it is to become overly dependent on it; reducing human interaction to the detriment of communication, productivity and stress.
As an organization, we're totally focused on helping people achieve digital balance in life. As a team, we work remotely so are inherently dependent upon tech but still want to provide maximum flexibility. We strive for the optimum combination of voice, messaging and video, with a bit of IRL thrown in whenever possible. If we get that right, location matters less and breaks can be taken whenever body or mind needs it, be that a 15 minute nap or a week long vacation.
